We are aware that events in the news are not only worrying for us but may affect the children. Many of them are talking about it so we have sought advice from the Educational Psychology Service on what to say/how to manage their worries in the days/weeks to come. With that in mind, we would like to share this with you and also direct you to the following websites which you might find helpful. You will see that we have used these to inform what we do in school. It is likely that further advice may come later, at which point we will update our actions and let you know accordingly.
We hope that you find this helpful and please do let us know if you have any concerns about your child/children with regard to their wellbeing so that we can help with additional support/strategies if needed.
