- First Steps ED – a leading eating disorder charity providing hope, opportunities, and choices to lives affected by eating difficulties and disorders.
- Hertfordshire’s Local Offer – Educational Psychology Service – use psychology to support the learning, development and emotional wellbeing of children and young people.

- Herts Parent Carers Involvement (HPCI) – have a range of webinars for parents on their website which aim to increase parental knowledge, understanding and confidence on a range of SEND topics. Webinars are available on the stages of the EHCP process, SEN Support, Tribunals, choosing schools, legal protections and Home Education.

- St Albans Empower – Empower is a free six-month project that aims to improve young people’s mental health using physical activity. Each session is 90 minutes in length and consists of 60 minutes of physical activity, typically in the form of a sport session such as dodgeball, football, basketball, badminton, or dance. Following the physical activity, we complete a 30-minute wellbeing workshop, which is a facilitated conversation between participants, Watford FC Community Sports and Education Trust Coaches and a NESSie psychotherapist. Sessions are run locally at a venue in St Albans.
